Methane

This series has been created during January and February 2006 and 2007 at the Marambio Base in the Antarctic Peninsula.

Performances based on the study that reflects on the fact that under the ice there are large deposits of methane gas that move to the surface during the loss of the ice masses which had kept them in place, resulting in the environmental changes taking place on the peninsula.

Tulle in different colors was used for the performance.
